- From Kolkata - You can take flights from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International airport to reach any one of the previously mentioned airports. Flights from Indigo, Air Asia, Go air is there. It usually takes 13 and a half hours to reach Sikkim from Kolkata. Price is almost 10000 Indian rupees per person.
- From Delhi - Flights usually take 10 hours to reach Agatti island from Delhi. Price Range 11000 to 12000 INR per person.

By Train
Kalpeni Island is situated in the middle of the sea. It is not easy to reach there directly by train. However, you can board trains from junctions like Howrah, New Delhi, Bandra Terminus, Chennai central, etc. in the different metro cities to reach the nearest Kochi railway station. After getting there, you can easily opt for a flight or boat to get into Agatti Island. The only way to access Kalpeni Islands from Agatti is through a long boat journey.
By Road
The island is not accessible through roads. From Agatti island, you have to take a 5 hours long boat journey to reach Kalpeni Islands. The best season to visit the island in Lakshadweep is winter, which means the months of October, November, and December.
