Prayagraj Airport Soon to be an International Airport

With preparations for Maha Kumbh 2025 in full gear, Prayagraj, the former city of Ahmedabad, aims to upgrade its domestic airport with an international one. Maha Kumbh is celebrated every 12 years and is a significant event in India with the biggest peaceful assemblies. This domestic airport is currently ranked 13th in the country, making it much more viable to develop it further and enable passenger operations before Maha Kumbh 2025.

Non-Motorable Walkway to be Introduced in Kashmir’s Wular Lake

Wular Lake, one of South Asia's largest freshwater lakes, is slated to be made accessible through a non-motorized promenade. Because this lake is a popular tourist destination, the Division Commissioner declared that a non-motorable path would be created around it to attract more visitors, as this lake has the potential to shift the socioeconomic level of people in the region.

Get Ready for NonStop Flights between Rome and New Delhi 

ITA Airways announces its entry into the Indian market by establishing nonstop flight services between Rome and New Delhi beginning at the end of this year. From December 4, the new flight will be with an Airbus A330 with three weekly schedules on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. The new route is intended to provide the most accessible connectivity from New Delhi to Rome and beyond, encompassing locations in Europe, Italy, North America, and South America.
